A Little About John Blair

John grew up in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by nature’s beauty, which sparked a lifelong appreciation for the world around him. His travels across the globe introduced him to countless breathtaking sights, and photography became his way of preserving those moments.

After serving 10 years in the Navy, John found himself searching for a new path. That’s when he picked up a camera and began capturing the incredible places he encountered. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion. He fell in love with photographing birds and landscapes, and when he transitioned out of the military, he decided to pursue photography full-time.

Enrolling in college for photography helped John deepen his skills and expand his interests. He discovered a new love for portraiture and the joy of seeing people’s reactions to professional photos that truly capture their essence. Over time, he also ventured into product photography, elevating the craft with his eye for detail—especially when it comes to showcasing a good cigar.

Through his lens, John aims to capture the stories, emotions, and beauty that make life extraordinary.
